Kathy was born and raised in Toowoomba.   She has gained significant experience in the hearing health care profession in recent times, however, she has also brought to Hello Hearing her vast experience in office management and administration.  Prior to her current role, Kathy had been working as an Executive Assistant at a large Toowoomba-based multi-national firm for over 15 years.  In her spare time, Kathy has been working on completing her MBA.
